I along with my wife reside in the Tamarack apartments on the fourth floor The occupants of the third floor play loud music from a soundbar that has a lot of bass I have reported this to management seven or eight times but they are requesting for recordings of said noise How can we accomplish such a task I have requested for an assistant manager to come and listen in my unit yet nothing has been done Additionally when I asked them to turn it down they were rude and stated that they can continue until 10 pm Furthermore I asked if this was legally allowed but again no action was taken by management Therefore please be sure to check everything before moving into these units as I do have proof that I complained numerous times yet no response has been given more ... hide ...

The crew at the apartment I stayed in for four years was incredible The cleaning lady maintenance man and landlord worked very hard to make sure the apartments were in tiptop shape To ensure safety and comfort yearly pest inspections were done David the landlord was direct and took care of his tenants Before signing the lease we inspected everything thorough 2022-10-03T10:02:18Z
