Don't spend your money on this place It may look good from the outside but the customer service is horrible The property manager and staff don't care about complaints and are incapable of providing solutions Parking stalls cost 60month which isn't enough to cover snow removal and the suites are made of lowcost materials so youd have to call maintenance at least once a week but they wont respond or repair anything During move out theyll charge wearandtear to your deposit which is illegal according to Alberta tenancy board regulations The manager Bhayan I urge you not meet her shes a power tripper whos incredibly rude is always abrasive and has been targeted by tons of complaints yet management does nothing about it But Branka and Denise handle everything well with their excellent service since I moved in here They offer fair resolutions while being professional and respectful unlike Bhayan mentioned above Also when you move out they wont give back your deposit even if you followed all rules and returned it in the same condition you first rented it no list or explanation why not either To sum up Broadstreet Properties is not worth what youre paying for poor customer service from top down avoid lots of hassle don't rent here more ... hide ...

The apartments in the building are lovely however don't count on regular upkeep of common areas or the grounds surrounding it Nothing has been addressed this year and there is overgrowth everywhere The lobby is usually in disarray and amenities like their package delivery box system that are advertised as a bonus to living there do not operate properly Packages get left out in the hallway or lobby available for anyone to take The area may be nice but I am disappointed in how they maintain the buildingits embarrassing to invite anyone over due to its appearance On July 8th they finally employed a crew to spruce up the grounds outside of the building nevertheless it remains unclear if maintenance will be sustained People pay for a neat and secure residence which includes its exterior August 18th saw me post an anonymous review due to apprehension that my reviews would be held against meunfortunately calls and emails go unanswered when trying all available numbers on Asperas site plus their voicemail is full too There have been some car breakins at the parking lot so there appears to be continual issues here now A sign was even put near garbage bins telling people where it belongs as some tenants have been irresponsible with waste disposalpet owners should think twice before getting one if they cant clean up after them Hopefully extra charges will apply for those who don't adhere by this rule more ... hide ...

For almost 5 years I was a tenant at Stirling Place In the last year the building has gone downhill it hasnt been updated and no effort is made to clean hallways walls or carpets The carpets in the hallway need replacing and the outside garbage can is constantly overflowing with trash everywhere Additionally they are now dealing with a cockroach infestation 2022-10-02T08:32:17Z
For almost 5 years I was a tenant at Stirling Place In the last year the building has gone downhill it hasnt been updated and no effort is made to clean hallways walls or carpets The carpets in the hallway need replacing and the outside garbage can is constantly overflowing with trash everywhere Additionally they are now dealing with a cockroach infestation that is not under control I have even seen some in the laundry room and hallways Because of this problem and lack of space for my childrens health conditions I had to break my lease and move outwhich resulted in being overcharged for cleaning when it was actually cleaner than when we moved in I even asked if they could hold onto my mail until I came to pick it up but they refused more ... hide ...

Receiving 0 stars out of 5 I made the best decision of my life when leaving this toxic and unprofessional property management Potential renters be wary like other reviews say don't choose Beacon Hills if you want to be treated with respect especially if youre a female or have noiserelated sleep disorders such as hypersensitivity For example I was woken up every hour from 11 PM to 6 AM due to people above us stomping and moving furniture in boots When asking the manager for help all he said was that its normal apartment living We were transferred from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor and almost immediately a senior tenant below complained about my girlfriend walking at 6 AM Paul came over right away and started lunging towards us shouting at her while ignoring me because he seemed to have an inclination towards arguing with women When indicating that she wasnt working out but just walking around he told her she couldnt do her job in our suite anymore After a few moments of him attacking us verbally he shuffled his shoulders up then stormed out like a child slamming the door shut behind him Not only did Paul act unprofessionally but also lied repeatedly to his boss about this incident without even mentioning itFurthermore when I asked for an inspection appointment with him Paul cancelled on me at that very time claiming I never scheduled one while text messages prove otherwise After speaking with his boss who was shocked by more ... hide ...
