Do not go near this place I would give it a 010 Recently relocated from this property and the building itself is just acceptable but the management is horrendous When asked for the deposit in cash they said etransfer was unavailable however after insisting that it was suspicious to pay in cash they provided an email address where etransfer became available Later on they claimed to have lost track of the deposit and asked for proof or another transfer which we declined when we moved in it had clearly not been cleaned in ages a quick wipe had been done but everything else was filthy We were told that if anything needed fixing on inspection report then theyd come and do it rather than us having to note down the damage The initial inspection was rushed as management wanted out of there quickly furthermore their pet policy is a joke claiming to be not pet friendly yet dogs are always visible around the premises even Julie Andrews one of the building managers has one When initially inquiring about renting here I met with an unpleasant woman wearing what appeared to be sleepwear who seemed unaware she was meant to be managing As for security bike lockup offers minimal protection as bolt holding lock is held up by hook when purchasing a bike I wasnt aware of clause forcing me into using lockup and got barked at by Julies partner who failed even introduce himself Parking requires fee payment but if someone parks in your spot you have call tow more ... hide ...

This apartment complex is amazing its close to transportation shops and the Olympic Mountains The landlords are friendly and responsive and the units are bright airy and peaceful You get insuite laundry in a rental unit which is a nice bonus The neighborhood is filled with likeable folks walking their dogs Langford has really improved I highly recommend thi 2022-10-02T18:02:18Z

The new building is absolutely lovely The appliances layout and flooring are all great and the balconies are a good size Most of the tenants here are polite and respectful Its very quiet despite having dogs and children living in the building Theres also a gym and games room that makes it even better Shopping is close by too which is convenient Matthew has d 2022-10-30T23:02:19Z
The new building is absolutely lovely The appliances layout and flooring are all great and the balconies are a good size Most of the tenants here are polite and respectful Its very quiet despite having dogs and children living in the building Theres also a gym and games room that makes it even better Shopping is close by too which is convenient Matthew has done an amazing job as manager Unfortunately though it seems like the builder was more concerned with water features at the main entrance than security cameras throughout to keep everyone safe especially in underground parking so that visitors can park without worry of being towed away for not having a spot designated for them specifically which should have been there from day one A recycling bin near mailboxes would be another great addition as well Everything is kept clean by Patty who does an excellent job cameras around would help catch those few people who don't bother cleaning up after themselves or their dogs peeing everywhere more ... hide ...

I lived in these apartments for two years and absolutely adored the experience My reason for leaving was that I moved to a different town The location is incredibly convenient and the amenities are excellent All of the appliances are new so maintenance was rarely an issue in my twoyear stay Dean the landlord is one of the greatest landlords I have ever had hes very responsive and willing to assist with anything you need The building is always tidy due to the hard work of a dedicated cleaning lady who keeps all hallways and lobbies spotless Therefore I highly recommend this place if you move here you will be very content more ... hide ...

We had the pleasure of living in a one bedroom apartment at Grid5 from April 2018 to March 2019 and only made contact with the admin office three times We were planning on seeking a two bedroom apartment but they were out of our budget plus it seemed like existing tenants werent eligible for the same promotions as potential buyers Over February to March 2019 we searched for other apartmentscondos in Downtown and Beltline but ultimately chose Grid5 due to their high standards of upkeep vacuumingmopping of entrance lobby floors etc security features such as an elevator fob system and centralised airconditioning And even better was that our unit was painted before movein so felt brand new plus early movein options and bath tub refurbishments were available Additionally they have canine bug infection detection systems in place and host both Halloween and tenant appreciation events The gym wasnt used so cant comment on that however noise levels were low either due to considerate neighbours or good insulation The only drawbacks were that the swimming pool took too long to reopen after renovations there were heating issues during winter because windows had gaps in them though heaters did get provided plus with public parking managed by IMPARK came some less desirable features eg unreserved spots for monthly pass holders could lead to no available parking if you returned at lunchtime anyone could walk behind your car once through entry gates without needing a fob more ... hide ...

Weve been living here for a long time To give credit where its due the suites are spacious and luminous and the location is great The property sold about a year ago and then some months later the element in our oven ceased to function since the stove was already 15 years old it wasnt worth fixing What we got as replacement was a dirty used one from one of the recently renovated suitesthe handle screws were stripped so it kept coming apart We complained but all that we were offered was an another old stove taken from another suite whose Tennant had stayed there for nearly 10 yearssuch an affront Weve been living in this complex for more than 20 years now this particular suite has been ours for 10 years We take good care of our place pay rent on time exactly what any landlord could wish for in their Tennants I feel so unappreciated by not being provided with a new stove which would cost around 700 Truly sad if you ask me more ... hide ...
