Aura was the best management I had ever experienced and I almost returned when my new lease was up, but ultimately decided to stay. Lana was so amazing and kind; she immediately attended to all of my concerns. They even allowed me extra time to move after my lease ended! For two months after, I contacted her for mail that I still received (lots of it). Additionally, with a deep clean, they returned my full deposit minus $50--I have never seen anything like that before! In the future, there is a chance that I may move back; the suite was stunning with floor-to-ceiling windows around the corner and not even close to a penthouse. The only downside is that dogs are not allowed on many floors--which is a bummer.
