The pros of this location include affordability, large units, pet-friendliness, A/C in the suites, keyless entry and a central spot close to many amenities. The communicative management and in-suite W/D with full bathrooms add to the pleasant sense of community. Additionally, there is extra parking available with a waitlist. As for cons: walls and ceilings are very thin (top floor units are recommended if you're worried about noise from above), parking is limited (one stall per unit) with little room for more vehicles without risk of being towed away; and construction surrounds the area daily from 7am to 6pm on weekdays. Project completion dates are unknown.
