The new building is absolutely lovely. The appliances, layout, and flooring are all great, and the balconies are a good size. Most of the tenants here are polite and respectful. It's very quiet despite having dogs and children living in the building. There's also a gym and games room that makes it even better. Shopping is close by too, which is convenient! Matthew has done an amazing job as manager. Unfortunately though, it seems like the builder was more concerned with water features at the main entrance than security cameras throughout to keep everyone safe - especially in underground parking - so that visitors can park without worry of being towed away for not having a spot designated for them specifically (which should have been there from day one). A recycling bin near mailboxes would be another great addition as well. Everything is kept clean by Patty who does an excellent job; cameras around would help catch those few people who don't bother cleaning up after themselves or their dogs peeing everywhere.

When I moved from Japan to Canada to attend the University of Victoria Verve was my home The application process ran smoothly and it was a huge relief to have a place after such a long journey My unit was incredibly modern with all its kitchen appliances dryer heater and overall look it was even wellinsulated so I never felt cold during one of Victorias harsher winters It had great security tooeach tenant had to use an access fob for the first floor entrance and elevator During my yearlong stay there I encountered many building managers but Luna has been by far the best manager she always kept in touch via email or phone whenever needed and dealt with any issues quickly Everyone should meet her as she does an amazing job at maintaining the building Sadly due to difficulties finding a trustworthy roommate I wasnt able to stay longer but Verve is highly recommended if youre living there I hope you find it as welcoming as did more ... hide ...
