Im giving five stars to this place due to its being underrated at the current 12 During my stay in the central building in 20152016 Minto appeared to be giving their best efforts as far as quality of service was concerned According to some older reviews their service was not uptothe mark however that doesnt seem true anymore I didnt face any issue during my 2022-10-30T08:02:18Z
Im giving five stars to this place due to its being underrated at the current 12 During my stay in the central building in 20152016 Minto appeared to be giving their best efforts as far as quality of service was concerned According to some older reviews their service was not uptothe mark however that doesnt seem true anymore I didnt face any issue during my stay there The unit I stayed in was soundproof and had a convenient access to Fish Creek and its scenic fields around The maintenance staff is always polite and efficient when it comes to work In addition the parking lot has also been taken care of by filling some large potholes over the course of last year It seems they pay attention towards details which need attention All in all they maintain a good landlord attitude and I am satisfied with them overall Therefore renting here would be a great idea more ... hide ...

Living at Casa Del Sol has been a great experience for me The management is very organized and friendly plus the apartment itself is lovely with a big balcony and covered parking Not to mention you get free heat and hot water as well as really hot water with great pressure The neighbourhood of Tsawwassen also provides a peaceful atmosphere people are friendly and its an ideal place to live if youre looking for a relaxed life Unfortunately I had to move away due to my new job being in Vancouver which totally sucks otherwise theres no way I would have left this clean and cozy one bedroom apartment in calm Tsawwassen behind And no bugs or drama either its definitely a hidden gem near the golf course Although Im sad that I had to leave Ill definitely miss living here so much more ... hide ...
