Since 2014 I have been living in this building and its still maintained pretty well Regrettably it isn't ideal for longterm residents More often than not the lobby door and inner security door are left open even when the temperature outside is very low this compromises security as anyone can just walk in Additionally the elevator breaks down every other week 2022-10-05T00:02:18Z
Since 2014 I have been living in this building and its still maintained pretty well Regrettably it isn't ideal for longterm residents More often than not the lobby door and inner security door are left open even when the temperature outside is very low this compromises security as anyone can just walk in Additionally the elevator breaks down every other week for around half a day on average one time it needed a part from Germany so it was broken for two consecutive weeks Also we offered to move breakables into bedrooms so staff could paint our kitchenliving roomhallway while were away on vacation but they refused It looks like our apartment will only get painted when we leave I must say that none of these issues should be blamed on the onsite staff they work hard to keep up with maintenance tasks Recently one of my worries was dealt with personnel removed folddown legs from doors thus improving building security as no one can leave them open anymore more ... hide ...

Legacy apartments was a very unpleasant experience When moving in the suite had not been thoroughly cleaned there were stains on the walls even a footprint locks in bedroom and washroom were broken and the kitchen counter would slide off Despite being in agreement for a year tenancy none of these issues were fixed Upon moveout we did our own cleaning and eve 2022-09-20T14:02:17Z
Legacy apartments was a very unpleasant experience When moving in the suite had not been thoroughly cleaned there were stains on the walls even a footprint locks in bedroom and washroom were broken and the kitchen counter would slide off Despite being in agreement for a year tenancy none of these issues were fixed Upon moveout we did our own cleaning and even rented carpet cleaners yet failed to clean the blinds which resulted in manager wanting to hire cleaners again and charge us from damage deposit The manager also gave our contact information to next tenant without permission which seemed like violation of privacy Water was included as part of rent however hydro bills were much higher than other buildings with same amount of usage even summer bills similar to winter bills at previous rental place The location is confusing for deliveries as people often get lost trying to find entrance too Only pro is noise dampening due to concrete walls but it does not help if you are facing southsoutheast side as traffic noise taphouse music gas station trucks can be heard clearly more ... hide ...

Do not be deceived by recent reviews that contradict the opinions of everyone else about this place It is likely a plan by management to mitigate bad publicity I have spoken with many other tenants and extenants and we ALL agree it is the worst company Ive ever rented from They do nothing to help tenants even after I have complained about falling on unshoveled sidewalks no one calls back and now Im left with permanent scars Furthermore they often overcharge me for services and it can take months to get money returned Since living here there have been several administrators come in and out along with numerous maintenance staff members the one before the current one was only here for two days The building is also not secure after informing management that the door wasnt latching correctly they did not believe me until I provided video evidence There has also been food rotting on the floor of an elevator for days which shows a lack of care from management over holidays too To sum up avoid at all costs there are so many better options in this area with good reviews more ... hide ...
