Legacy apartments was a very unpleasant experience. When moving in, the suite had not been thoroughly cleaned; there were stains on the walls (even a footprint!), locks in bedroom and washroom were broken, and the kitchen counter would slide off. Despite being in agreement for a year tenancy, none of these issues were fixed. Upon move-out, we did our own cleaning and even rented carpet cleaners, yet failed to clean the blinds which resulted in manager wanting to hire cleaners again and charge us from damage deposit. The manager also gave our contact information to next tenant without permission which seemed like violation of privacy. Water was included as part of rent however hydro bills were much higher than other buildings with same amount of usage; even summer bills similar to winter bills at previous rental place. The location is confusing for deliveries as people often get lost trying to find entrance too! Only pro is noise dampening due to concrete walls but it does not help if you are facing south/southeast side as traffic noise + taphouse music + gas station trucks can be heard clearly.
