We were searching for help with our dog that had been involved in a fear bite incident and we had restrictions imposed by local bylaw. With the legal process delayed due to COVID-19, we connected with Erin through a recommendation from a well-known trainer in Eastern Canada and she agreed to do a free one hour evaluation session the next day at her facility in Condor Alberta. Within five minutes of meeting us and our canine companion, she could tell our dog was anxious and showed us how it could be addressed with structure, guidance, and training for everyone. She recommended private lessons as well as unlimited group classes when we were ready. We followed her advice with six weeks of private sessions that included challenges plus exercises/homework for the entire household to participate in. After this period had passed, Erin felt we'd made enough progress to move onto group classes which are used as relationship building between handler & dog so any maintenance needed can be taken care of if there's difficulty with tasks or assignments.
