2023-01-16T12:30:02ZThe suites are beautiful and the neighbours top-notch, but Trinity neglects its senior tenants. No address on the street makes it difficult for ambulances, delivery services, and Access Calgary to locate the building—a huge inconvenience. The property manager is rude and uses passive-aggressive tactics to punish tenants who complain. Maintenance man is clueless; he used crazy glue to fix my toilet lid hinge! Costs cuts led to the parkade ramp collapse with no refund for parking in first month; plus many suites have their meters running to different one. Beware of voicing complaints as Trinity will not renew your lease. Despite all this, this place could have been great!
