I have been renting here for a year, and I must say that Jess from the capreit office is the best landlord rep I have had in all my years of renting. Coming from Vancouver, where tenants were treated poorly, it was refreshing to experience Jess' laid back attitude and prompt replies to my queries. Because of this positive experience, I'm moving to another capreit building when my lease expires. Many thanks to the entire capreit team for their friendly and accommodating service!

Having lived in Tara Place for a year, I had difficulty fulfilling the obligations of my lease at first. However, with Jess taking on the role of manager, things have been greatly improved. Her experience and professionalism are evident and she has made a positive impact on the atmosphere in the building since her arrival. Despite its age, this concrete structure is kept clean and up-to-date with fresh updates; it's also quiet due to its construction. Furthermore, I always feel secure here - as evidenced by functioning elevators and pleasant hallways - so much that I can work from home without worry. With all these conveniences nearby downtown, I anticipate staying for another year at least!
