Ive been living in my suite for a few months now and Im very content When I first viewed it it was being renovated so I wasnt sure what to expect However the staff were much more courteous than anywhere else I had visited before Plus being two blocks away from work and close to various stores and parks was an added benefit Leanne allowed me to come back a few times during the renovations which made me more confident in my decision Once finished with the renovations I could tell that everything had been completed with care as someone who grew up with a carpenter father this was important to me One minor issue occurred when I moved in but they took care of it right away since then there have been no other problems The movein incentives were also great free month of rent plus half deposit for certain professionals and cheaper parking than most downtown locations plus street parking for guests across the street To top it off this location is tucked away nicely yet still close to everything there has not been any noisy or rowdy people here either which was something that worried me due to working odd hours and needing rest during the day Big shout out to Leanne Nancy Jervis The amount of space inside is used efficiently despite its size full sized fridge dishwasher included more ... hide ...

Our experience at Trinity Hills was quite the opposite of what we had hoped for consisting of two main points poor building management and inadequate building design which didnt justify the high monthly rent We encountered all three Property Management staff Milton Sofia and Ariel during our 12month lease each time we reached out to them through emailtextcall we were met with delayed responses or no response at all Our complaints included but werent limited to homeless individuals sleeping in fire escape stairwells see attached picture stolen license plate from tenant lot broken dishwasher upon moving in toilettes that couldnt flush upon moving in frequent fire alarms due to ceiling leaks in parkade see attached picture power outage leaving us without lightheat for 12 hours during wintertime unlocked fire escape stairwells leading to surface parking lot outside building referral incentive not given until after moveout date and still being charged for water usage even after moveout although Property Management said they would cancel it The most disheartening thing was the utter lack of communication and professionalism from the Property Management staff thus prompting us to look elsewhere when our lease ended We would not recommend anyone renting at Trinity Hills more ... hide ...

WARNING Im issuing a warning that Garden Propertys located in Lethbridge and the surrounding area is infested with bed bugs cockroaches and ants all of which management and the owner neglect to deal with They attempt to charge tenants with a fine of 250 that does not have any legal backing from courts or other authorities Furthermore they treat tenants like prisoners Additionally I advise everyone to stay away from Flamborough Gardens Palm Road Townhouses All Town Houses as well as Super 8 Hotel on Mayor Magrath all of which are owned by the same person that owns Garden Propertys My wife and I experienced constant harassment and illegal entry into our home without notice The buildings remain in poor condition due to water damage and black mold which is dangerous even in small amounts They also entered into a contract with Immigration Services meaning they plan on evicting current tenants soon since those moving in wont care about the bug issue Therefore please share this information so everyone can be aware I don't want anyone else to endure what we didthe harassment and unfair treatment we faced was unacceptable THEY ARE A SCAM more ... hide ...

We were overjoyed when we discovered a magnificent accommodation that fit our criteria of an inexpensive living space petfriendliness and insuite laundry The staff and site manager are incredibly helpful the moving process was so easy All in all Station View has been an excellent choice for us
