I truly enjoyed living here and Id rate it 5 stars except for two minor drawbacks the hydro costs in winter could be a bit high 200300month and I had a neighbor who never took out the garbage and their cats peed everywhere which was very unpleasant However when signing the lease we were given a welcome gift of a throw blanket and bag additionally as tenants with Timbercreek we received cards offering discounts at certain stores I mainly used mine at Jysk The building itself was clean enough neighbors usually kept to themselves and Lissa from the office staff always made sure things were taken care of Furthermore this is petfriendly accommodation with ample parking away from the road so you wont hear any traffic furthermore theres lots of natural light and if youre lucky to get a corner unit there are bay windows for extra space Out of all apartments Ive rented before moving into my own house this one offered the best value no pest issues apart from ladybugs annually If your budget allows for these units totally worth it So much space more ... hide ...
