We used to live in apartment 1560 but we had to move before our first year was up due to the severe cockroach infestation The problem was never resolved and we were constantly dealing with mold smells from other units water shutoffs every two weeks and frequent visits from police The staff were friendly but they could have done more than just make the building look nicer it was full of cockroaches We chose to leave because it wasnt a place we wanted to be in for long Don't rent there just because the rent is cheapits not worth it Now theyre demanding that we pay 300 for damages even though they told us there would be no payment owed when we left twenty days ago these damages are related to living amongst a bunch of dirty bugs which has impacted our health negatively more ... hide ...

No problems here Old Oak has been responsible for the property for around 18 months and theres onsite staff that clean regularly Orkin takes care of any pest issues so everything is pestfree The laundry areas are also properly maintained Last summer the garbage chute was fixed and they even replaced the boiler The team is polite and they take good care of things plus painting outside has been done too its looking great after 20 years Any concerns are always taken care of promptly Therell be further outdoor upgrades in the future as well as newly renovated units with modern appliances if your unit has a balcony itll be nice when warmer weather arrives Though the pool is closed it will eventually be replaced which will be great too Youre near bike paths along with Shoppers grocery stores and other amenities theres even a variety store close by if you need something quickly The neighbours are all pleasant and theres lots of wildlife onsite like birds or squirrelschipmunks for those who like to watch them Old Oak was originally responsible for this property many years ago according to our seniors they took ownership again early 2021 so Im confident were in good hands with their reputation in London Exciting updateschanges are sure to come soon cant wait to see what they have planned more ... hide ...

This building is a terrible place to live We moved in on May 1 2021 and the very next day we noticed BIRDS in our wall that werent taken care of until six months later In addition to this cockroaches have been an issue even though we keep our apartment pristinely clean backed up drains and management entering our apartment without giving us prior notice or consent On top of all this there are countless sprayings for bed bugs The head office staff is rude and disrespectful as a college student Im stuck here with no other place to go when these issues arise Its been one thing after another which is why Im moving out come May 1 2022 when my lease ends Don't make the same mistake I did don't even consider living here Save yourself from all this frustration by finding somewhere else more ... hide ...

I stayed at this residence for eight months subleasing for the summer In my opinion it was a terrible experience and I do not suggest this place to anyone searching for an apartment It may appear desirable however you are paying too much for what you get in my case there was a busted ACHeat cheap furniture obnoxiously loud neighbors who played music late into the night we complained 5 times before I had to go bang on their door myself faulty equipment none of the offerings were available and poor management especially Peter who shouldnt be employed My room had a window that looked directly into another apartment and one of my roomies didnt even have a window The layout was stupid so it felt like money down the drain When attempting to move out they made it hard and I almost had to call lawyers To avoid being put through this hassle please seek out other housing options more ... hide ...
