We moved in here since November and the building is brand new A few areas like the balconies are still undergoing construction but they appear to be nearly done The building is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly helpful that includes the movein coordinator building manager and livein maintenance worker Theres no concierge service available but a secure mail system Snaile for packages was provided which was a relief We havent had any issues with noise from neighbors either Bicycle storage is free of charge as well The amenities included are well designed for instance they did a good job making efficient use of space for the laundry room and kitchen appliances even though our units are small too All in all we highly recommend this place so far more ... hide ...
