My name is Nancy and I began living at 125 Wellington Street N in December 2021 This has been an awful experience the management initially showed us a nice clean unit but then stated it had already been leased out We asked for another vacant unit and they gave us one that was not renovated promising to make it presentable in two months It has now been six months since then and the broken closet doors from day one have still not been replaced The stove microwave and dishwasher have all also remained broken since we moved in they told us that new appliances would be provided yet this was not true Additionally there are an abundance of cockroaches roaming our unit weve reached out regarding the issue multiple times but to no avail At this point we are counting down until our lease ends never would we recommend anyone else reside at Wellington Place more ... hide ...
