The staffs lack of organization and poor services especially concerning movein and moveout inspections cost us 250 in extra charges for damages we did not cause Last summer when we received our apartment it was dusty the fridge was dirty the oven had grass in it and the microwave had stickers on it there were also scratches and holes on some walls with badly painted bedroom walls During our movein inspection we were asked to sign an already filled out document without having done the inspection ourselves when we expressed discomfort with this he told us that everything had already been inspected before our arrival We took a video of our unit just in case any false damages were to be charged during final inspection We dedicated two days to cleaning before both inspections yet still ended up being charged 250 for damages this included 50 for a dirty oven which had obviously been there for years we only lived there 7 months as well as 200 for painting the walls they said they would have charged us 500 if not a friendly price yet their bill was only 99750 to repaint the walls entirely I took another video as proof of our final inspection and pictures of all documents signed moveinmoveout It is important to take copies or photos of any contracts the staff refused ours claiming it unnecessary as well as screenshotsrecords of conversations my suspicion proved right Other reviews mentioned extra charges too so do keep this in mind more ... hide ...
