I had never experienced such a terrible holiday property before and I would not recommend it to anyone We paid almost 4000 for a week and the cottage was not as advertised They said children could safely enter the water but this was false even adults could barely navigate the rocky entry We were told we could use the neighbours sandy beach entry but it was 2022-11-11T06:02:18Z
I had never experienced such a terrible holiday property before and I would not recommend it to anyone We paid almost 4000 for a week and the cottage was not as advertised They said children could safely enter the water but this was false even adults could barely navigate the rocky entry We were told we could use the neighbours sandy beach entry but it was 100ft away and shared with others The pictures online showed privacy but in reality we were surrounded by other properties during the week it was quiet but busy on weekends In addition to this there was flooding in the basement which had happened two weeks prior yet they denied this they also provided us with AC units that didnt cool down properly yet still charged us for them Thanks to Randy from a neighbouring cottage company who tried to help us throughout our stay This is definitely not worth its premium pricing I have rented similar sized cottages near Dorset for cheaper so please don't waste your money here more ... hide ...

We lived at Old Oaks Mosaik 385 and 365 for four years but recently moved out due to the deteriorating services and customer service Although the apartments are clean and wellmaintained our experience in the last few months soured our opinion of them Ben and Julian were great property managers however since their departure there has been a constant turnover of new managers that we could never reach or get any response from Even when trying to rent an amenity rental unit before moving out we received no replies to emails for three weeks After leaving we were accused of lying about an outstanding balance even though it had been discussed with the building manager prior to moving out none of our emails were answered so this was impossible which was then sent to collections agency after further failed attempts at communication with higher management Despite this I would still recommend Mosaik as it is a safe building in a nice neighbourhood with friendly neighbours if Old Oak improves their customer service especially regarding luxury units however Id suggest reconsidering your options more ... hide ...
