This place used to be great, but since the change in management, amenities have been reduced and repairs are much slower. Maintenance has also been cut back; now there's a security guard every night whereas before there were no cameras at all. It's not safe to live here anymore; the parking lot doesn't have cameras and two of my windows have been broken. Despite this, rent keeps going up. On top of that, it smells bad when you walk in - like weed - and if you call the office for something they're just rude. The management is horrible too; they don't care about safety, only that rent is paid on time.

Living here for the past three years, cockroaches have been a persistent issue. Despite adding cockroach bait, not much progress has been made in ridding them and it could even be exacerbating my asthma (according to my doctor). Consequently, we are moving out. Going door-to-door to speak with other tenants confirmed that they had the same problem last year; one lady said she even had mice living with her (which is unsurprising given her lack of cleanliness). My fianc© and I, however, keep our suit as tidy as possible and yet still have to clean our cupboards every few days due to the presence of cockroaches. Besides this issue, the landlord is usually swift in resolving any other issues; a broken oven or fridge would be fixed within a day or two. Thus if you don't mind sharing space with these pests then this can be great place; otherwise if you value your health I suggest avoiding it (We are in building A and I cannot vouch for whether or not newer buildings suffer from this same issue).

This place is serene and advantageous. I am speaking of the fact that the management is providing such great service to the building and responding to requests quickly, allowing for a tranquil living experience that's also hassle-free; bus stops are nearby, there's a gas station close by, Starbucks at 96 & 128 Plaza is accessible, and topping it all is City Center train station. Selina, the manager here, shows much sympathy & listens excellently; most troubles are tackled within 24-48 hours. She stays available for conversation when wanted. Her professional demeanor displays how seriously she takes her job & grievances - which leads me to highly recommend these three grand buildings in Surrey before looking elsewhere. Keep up the terrific work!
