Living with my friend/roommate in one of the Mainstreet apartments for over a year, I have had the pleasure of being acquainted with Ms. Joana Chua, our manager/management. She is incredibly patient and kind and is always willing to help us out when we have questions or concerns. Having good management at a shared living establishment makes life much easier; any issues are addressed quickly and thoroughly by her. The condition of the apartments is kept up well, and she keeps an eye out for any misconduct on the property. All in all, Ms. Chua does what she's supposed to do and more! -Natnael

Living at Pacific Park Apartments has been great and we highly recommend this place to those seeking an apartment in Surrey. It is conveniently located near a bus stop and the No Frills store, with a swimming pool in the backyard. The apartments are quite spacious, and it's easy to get around via public transit - only a 10 minute ride to the Skytrain station at Surrey Centre - plus there are plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. We would like to express our gratitude towards Joanna, who serves as manager here. Whenever we had queries or needed help, she did her best to assist us; always providing prompt service with politeness and clear communication. We really appreciate her hard work!
