I have resided at this building for approximately four years It is an older structure but our maintenance team Vlado and Alberto keep it in excellent condition The atmosphere is tranquil and the apartments are large There are wonderful amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool tennis court gym sauna billiard room hobby room and a laundry area if required 2022-11-10T16:32:17Z

My boyfriend Atilla is soon to vacate apartment 207 in the 33677 King Road complex The noise pollution from upstairs is intolerable and despite many complaints to Property Management no action has been taken Moreover the garbage and recycling bins are inconveniently located far away from the building whilst parking spots are narrow with extra traffic wheneve 2022-10-06T09:02:17Z

Having lived at 1 Grosvenor for just over 2 years before Homestead took over managing the property we have noticed a number of changes and issues For instance the lovely decor has been replaced with cheap and ugly materials It took them SEVERAL weeks to refurbish a laundry room with only two washers and two driers when it sat idle for three days after they a 2022-09-12T02:32:17Z
Having lived at 1 Grosvenor for just over 2 years before Homestead took over managing the property we have noticed a number of changes and issues For instance the lovely decor has been replaced with cheap and ugly materials It took them SEVERAL weeks to refurbish a laundry room with only two washers and two driers when it sat idle for three days after they announced its closure Moreover despite having three elevators in this building getting one seems to be harder than ever this is problematic as many tenants have jobs to get to Additionally weve endured loss of hot water without explanation and water shut downs without appropriate notice which interrupts daily routines When requesting the removal of a wasps nest near our living room window which posed a health risk it took them one month just to spray all these after approaching management three times The staff usually do nothing in their office while the first floor reeks of cigar smoke all the time due probably from some staff members residing there not forgetting debris left scattered around by contractors due to renovations taking place Residents are largely unhappy here yet paying premium dollar for this prime location thus we will be handing in our notice soon enough as staying here would only lead to disappointment don't let its name fool you more ... hide ...

Im fond of the location the buildings tranquility and the superintendents However the newly refurbished flats come with unreliable soundproof windows when its windy outside even with them closed I can feel a chill air due to the blinds swaying Additionally elevators being out of service is also an issue

The management at this place is indifferent the windows are extremely thin and you can hear anything that goes on outside From drunk yelling to sirens its all audible Additionally the windows have mold making it unbearable to keep them closed The only suggestion given by management is to keep them open even during winter At move out I had a horrible experie 2022-11-10T19:32:17Z
