The management at this place is indifferent; the windows are extremely thin and you can hear anything that goes on outside. From drunk yelling to sirens, it's all audible. Additionally, the windows have mold making it unbearable to keep them closed. The only suggestion given by management is to keep them open - even during winter! At move out I had a horrible experience with the property manager (Zoe) who called me a liar and charged me over $100 from my deposit due to a sink drain that wasn't spotless but not dirty either. It's inexcusable how people are treated here given how expensive this place is.
