Living in Cedar Downs has its ups and downs Pros include beautiful finishings great air conditioning no noise between units wood floors a good layout insulated windows and quality appliances The grounds are nice and the exterior is attractive Theres a gym on our floor and other amenities in the surrounding buildings Cons small parking stalls which may not be an issue for everyone small kitchen but with a pantry soundproofing is an issue as we can hear those upstairs cabinetsdoors smacking into walls hallway walls were dirty when we moved in slow elevator and parkade gate building details such as repaintinglighting sockets still to be finished It was supposed to be ready in April but some things are only now wrapping up The poor insulation on the floors takes away from what could have been a great place to live so hopefully we can set a bylaw requiring carpets or get builders back to fix it since this shouldnt happen in 2015 more ... hide ...
