Ive been lucky to call Mimico Estates home its one of the best places Ive ever lived I wish Id discovered it sooner People may be put off by its age but youll find families and friendly folks here The buildings are oldfashioned but strong and the apartments are huge and quiet in comparison to other city dwellings Plus they have radiant heat which means lower heating bills mine were zero Management is efficient and helpful with all maintenance needs Although their renovations could be more ecofriendly some just wont make that investment for the planet Sadly they cover nice hardwood or marble floors with vinyl thats not as durable Nature lovers will love being able to walk out of their door onto a path by the lake where you can observe wildlife like thousands of birds in the morning a great way to start any day Once people move into Mimico Estates most don't want to leave they just upgrade units within this lovely complex instead more ... hide ...
