We three families who moved into the building are not royalty The good thing about this building is that its within walking distance to the subway and close to Food BasicShoppers Unfortunately there are many bad aspects including 1 its dirty cleaners show up once a week and garbage bins are always overflowing 2 due to lack of maintenance it is very old many areas falling apart 3 neighbors don't care for each other they walk and laugh loudly in the corridors late at night and slam doors 4 shockingly there have been issues with bodily waste in the stairwells which staff and management don't seem to care about 5 there is an abundance of illegal parking as well as drug use in basementstairwells To conclude try to avoid living here if you can but if not then be sure to see it several times before moving in because if you do move in you will be locked into a year of misery and regret especially for those with children I wish I could give them zero stars because one star is too generous more ... hide ...

Do not be deceived by recent reviews that contradict the opinions of everyone else about this place It is likely a plan by management to mitigate bad publicity I have spoken with many other tenants and extenants and we ALL agree it is the worst company Ive ever rented from They do nothing to help tenants even after I have complained about falling on unshoveled sidewalks no one calls back and now Im left with permanent scars Furthermore they often overcharge me for services and it can take months to get money returned Since living here there have been several administrators come in and out along with numerous maintenance staff members the one before the current one was only here for two days The building is also not secure after informing management that the door wasnt latching correctly they did not believe me until I provided video evidence There has also been food rotting on the floor of an elevator for days which shows a lack of care from management over holidays too To sum up avoid at all costs there are so many better options in this area with good reviews more ... hide ...
