We, three families who moved into the building, are not royalty. The good thing about this building is that it's within walking distance to the subway and close to Food Basic/Shoppers. Unfortunately, there are many bad aspects including: 1) it's dirty (cleaners show up once a week) and garbage bins are always overflowing; 2) due to lack of maintenance it is very old (many areas falling apart); 3) neighbors don't care for each other - they walk and laugh loudly in the corridors late at night and slam doors; 4) shockingly there have been issues with bodily waste in the stairwells which staff and management don't seem to care about; 5) there is an abundance of illegal parking as well as drug use in basement/stairwells. To conclude: try to avoid living here if you can, but if not then be sure to see it several times before moving in because if you do move in you will be locked into a year of misery and regret - especially for those with children. I wish I could give them zero stars because one star is too generous.

Living in this building for a year and a few months now has been great. If you talk to the staff normally, they will respond quickly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and right in front of the grocery store. The apartments are massive and there are many nice people living here. Some people can be a bit uncouth but it's still better than having management constantly monitoring your actions like in other buildings. People seem to complain about the prices even though they're very reasonable for its location, so if you're one of those people maybe it would be best if you find somewhere else to live instead of expecting special treatment from everyone! A little renovation wouldn't hurt either!

I have resided in this building for around four years, and my experience aligns with the other reviews - it is terrible. There is a multitude of issues, but I'll focus on a few: mismanagement, dirtiness inside and out, scant parking or road maintenance, expensive fees; windows are aged and drafty; even requesting repairs takes an eternity. During winter the cold seeps in; summer brings unbearable heat. My advice: if possible avoid this building - your hard-earned money won't be worth it. The only upside is its proximity to public transport.
