My partner and I recently relocated to this building, and we are over the moon with our decision! Kim and Derrick, the building managers, have done an amazing job of making the area SPOTLESS clean, secure and accessible. They were also very friendly to our cats when workers came in for internet setup. It's evident that they take pleasure in managing this place; their positive attitude is so uplifting! The appliances in our unit are of high quality, plus the apartments have been properly maintained. We plan on staying here a long time as it's such a great location. I cannot recommend Point North enough!!!

My husband and I relocated to Point North in October of last year after downsizing from our large five bedroom dwelling. With our offspring now grown, we no longer needed the area or upkeep of a house and thus, apartment living seemed like a viable option. Nevertheless, we were anxious about downsizing to a smaller space; so much so that we went through numerous apartments before deciding on this one. The building is constructed neatly and is exceptionally clean with an excellent gymnasium and recreational room. However, what sets Point North apart are the building managers Kim and Derrick Tucker! They are incredibly helpful and reply quickly to any inquiries or issues that arise. If you need help with how to use something in the apartment they will kindly assist. Every tenant has only positive remarks regarding their care for the building; they always have an amiable demeanor which has made our transition much more simple!
