Under no circumstances should one rent from this company, as the owner, Vincent Changnon, is a megalomaniac who views his tenants as serfs. It is impossible to deal with them and they refuse to take responsibility for the poor conditions of their premises. To make matters worse, there are no security cameras, resulting in regular issues with hard drugs (such as crack cocaine being sold from the building in Spring 2013) and rodent infestations/bed bugs. The elevators have been out of service for a year and one tenant who requires dialysis was missing medical treatments due to the state of the building - it took nine months just to replace a toilet seat! They do not follow tenancy laws nor tell the truth in order to suit their needs; on more than one occasion they have used a master key to enter units without any contact. Therefore, it is highly advised that people stay away from this building or any other property owned/managed by Vincent Changnon/Fort Massey Rentals/Evans Management.
