Ive been living in this apartment for the last year and I havent faced many issues those that I did were taken care of by Pita the landlord He is prompt in handling maintenance requests especially emergencies He was kind enough to give me a chance as a single mother with my young son and provide us a safe place to start afresh There are some tenants here who 2022-09-29T23:32:17Z
Ive been living in this apartment for the last year and I havent faced many issues those that I did were taken care of by Pita the landlord He is prompt in handling maintenance requests especially emergencies He was kind enough to give me a chance as a single mother with my young son and provide us a safe place to start afresh There are some tenants here who have stayed for almost 10 years which speaks for itself about the quality of living here The area is quiet is conveniently close to WEM shopping malls bus stops and stores along Stony Plain road Plus theres Callingwood Shopping plaza with library and YMCA nearby Not to mention the respectful neighbors who make this place dramafree I even made quite a few good friends during my stay here As long as you pay your rent on time Pita will be accommodating and understanding of your needs he also understands financial difficulties if youre honest about it We are leaving due to family expansion but apart from that our experience here has been very pleasant overall highly recommendable more ... hide ...

I recently finished a threeweek stay at Metro1827 and Im thoroughly pleased with the quality of the apartment It was wellequipped with a very comfortable bed great pillows and bedding an excellent shower and a selection of new kitchen appliances The underground parking was outstanding as well I felt like this rental was my own home away from home Additionall 2022-09-30T07:32:16Z

I had a very pleasant experience living in the Leduc location The manager was always understanding and the staff was friendly All of the buildings were wellmaintained and if anything needed to be ordered for maintenance I was informed right away Reading other reviews it seems that if you damage something then don't pay for it complaints will arise which makes sense When I moved out everything went smoothly even though there was a wall dented from my stay for which I only had to pay for paint most of my damage deposit returned to me Neither myself nor any of my neighbours had issues with them Eventually I bought a house and would definitely consider renting from them again in future more ... hide ...

Before 2018 there were many negative reviews from the time when Cogir was managing the property However since BentallGreenOak took over things have changed drastically they invested a lot to improve the apartments and upgrade all amenities The management is also very responsive to any issues that arise and informs everyone of any planned interruptions ahead 2022-10-12T21:02:18Z

Im giving five stars to this place due to its being underrated at the current 12 During my stay in the central building in 20152016 Minto appeared to be giving their best efforts as far as quality of service was concerned According to some older reviews their service was not uptothe mark however that doesnt seem true anymore I didnt face any issue during my 2022-10-30T08:02:18Z
Im giving five stars to this place due to its being underrated at the current 12 During my stay in the central building in 20152016 Minto appeared to be giving their best efforts as far as quality of service was concerned According to some older reviews their service was not uptothe mark however that doesnt seem true anymore I didnt face any issue during my stay there The unit I stayed in was soundproof and had a convenient access to Fish Creek and its scenic fields around The maintenance staff is always polite and efficient when it comes to work In addition the parking lot has also been taken care of by filling some large potholes over the course of last year It seems they pay attention towards details which need attention All in all they maintain a good landlord attitude and I am satisfied with them overall Therefore renting here would be a great idea more ... hide ...

I have previously lived in the building and urge my dad to move in The management staff here is incredibly welcoming friendly and eager to assist I shall miss them dearly My dad has a disability which the staff was more than willing to accommodate for by removing doors for his wheelchair and installing grab bars as needed I can wholeheartedly recommend this 2022-10-14T11:02:19Z

Ive been living here for 3 years now and I plan to stay longer its a truly familyfriendly place The neighbors are wonderful as well as the people who work in the leasing officeparticularly Evelyn who showed me my apartment when I first moved in Shes an incredibly hardworking woman and so easy to get along with The apartment complex is close to West Edmonton Mall making it easy to find entertainment on days off Plus theres an elementary school right in front of the building which would be great for families with children The apartments are also very spaciousthe bedrooms are big and you get a decent sized kitchen too Id definitely give it my full recommendation more ... hide ...

I resided at Coach Tower for 8 months while I completed an internship in Ottawa The leasing agent and Primecorp agent were both friendly during the agreement process and we came to a consensus that they would rent to me so long as I found a sublet or lease takeover when my stay concluded In May of 2018 I moved into a onebedroom that was recently renovated however there were still some needed revisions which were listed on the move in notes eg balcony sliding screen was torn bedroom window didnt have one During the first month or two all went well besides these slight inconveniences yet after this point issues started to occur one after another For example there was a leak coming from above my unit and outside in the hallway which did not get fixed immediately even after I called the building manager Furthermore bed bugs had supposedly gotten into the building which turned out to be false but there was still another spraying conducted with only certain spots getting treated leaving me confused as to why this occurred if they had been dealing with it for so long Two months later we finally got an onsite super who addressed my door issues yet said window repairs couldnt be done until spring due to it being too late in the year if it had been taken care of back in May this wouldnt have been an issue To top things off when searching for potential lease takeovers management wanted them to pay over 400 more more ... hide ...
