I'm giving five stars to this place due to its being underrated at the current "1.2". During my stay in the central building in 2015-2016, Minto appeared to be giving their best efforts as far as quality of service was concerned. According to some older reviews, their service was not up-to-the mark; however, that doesn't seem true anymore. I didn't face any issue during my stay there. The unit I stayed in was soundproof and had a convenient access to Fish Creek and its scenic fields around. The maintenance staff is always polite and efficient when it comes to work. In addition, the parking lot has also been taken care of by filling some large potholes over the course of last year. It seems they pay attention towards details which need attention. All in all, they maintain a good landlord attitude and I am satisfied with them overall. Therefore, renting here would be a great idea!

We have been in our current residence for almost a year and don't plan on moving anytime soon. The windows were already replaced before we moved in, which has been an issue-free experience. Furthermore, the apartment was entirely renovated right before we moved in - with new carpets in the bedrooms, easy to maintain laminate flooring around the suite, fresh appliances and paint as well as a wood burning fireplace. The rent is affordable; the damage deposit was minimal; and all those at the office, building manager's post and maintenance team are great! Additionally, they take care of both parking lots and green areas well while also allowing pets - something I find very positive.
