2023-02-05T15:00:04ZBefore 2018, there were many negative reviews from the time when Cogir was managing the property. However, since BentallGreenOak took over, things have changed drastically; they invested a lot to improve the apartments and upgrade all amenities. The management is also very responsive to any issues that arise and informs everyone of any planned interruptions ahead of time. I've been living here for four years now and have only positive memories and remarks about the building and management. I highly recommend it!
