I had a very pleasant experience living in the Leduc location. The manager was always understanding and the staff was friendly. All of the buildings were well-maintained, and if anything needed to be ordered for maintenance, I was informed right away. Reading other reviews, it seems that if you damage something then don't pay for it, complaints will arise - which makes sense. When I moved out, everything went smoothly; even though there was a wall dented from my stay (for which I only had to pay for paint), most of my damage deposit returned to me. Neither myself nor any of my neighbours had issues with them. Eventually I bought a house and would definitely consider renting from them again in future!
