Having moved from Vancouver, we spent two months residing in the 1825 Building. It was a wonderful experience for us with a two bedroom suite that faced south and had high ceilings plus two balconies and bathrooms. Additionally, although it was on Bowen Rd side, the noise wasn't overly bothersome. The staff were helpful and acted quickly when we had minor issues; thus, we'd definitely advise others to stay here or use this complex/company.

I have previously lived in the building and urge my dad to move in. The management staff here is incredibly welcoming, friendly and eager to assist; I shall miss them dearly. My dad has a disability, which the staff was more than willing to accommodate for by removing doors for his wheelchair and installing grab bars as needed. I can wholeheartedly recommend this lovely building - everyone goes above and beyond to help out with whatever is necessary. The maintenance team do a superb job of keeping up the property, and they even granted everyone Christmas goodie bags! Living here would leave anyone satisfied; it's like one big family. A huge thanks to these extraordinary people!
