The past few years living at Ruth Gardens has been an enjoyable experience Those who run the building are always friendly and helpful with somebody constantly cleaning or repairing things Kasia the Residential Manager is particularly amazing she has a caring heart and is quick to respond to any job that needs doing Tyler and the maintenance crew are also incredibly friendly and professional This facility is one of the best I have ever lived in but unfortunately COVID meant I couldnt use all of its features like the gym and party room as much as Id have liked to however when I did use them they were clean and wellmaintained The staff can be seen cleaning everywhere whilst still taking time for conversation with residents especially for seniors who need assistance whilst keeping quiet between suites The underground parking is great too there could just be more of it A 4 rating from me due to parking issues aside my experience here has been lovely special thanks go out to Kasia who wasis always there when needed more ... hide ...

We stayed at the apartments for three years from the outside they looked nice but it was hard to ignore how thin the walls were In our unit we had a persistent smell that we assumed came from a sewage backup Customer service could be great or awful depending on who you spoke with To make matters worse we were three days late to give our notice and the managers made us pay for an extra month On moving day we cleaned and presented our apartment as if it were new however they tried to charge us more money due to some oil buildup in the oven until we pointed out that it was already there when we moved in There seemed to be no room for compassion or understanding if you werent careful with your paperwork there would be no end of frustration Despite this it served its purpose and was conveniently located near many trails shops and amenities Additionally cleanliness was excellent best of luck more ... hide ...

My gratitude goes out to Bob and Colleen at Dakota Tower I was a tenant of theirs for two and a half years in a one bedroom suite They have been exemplary landlords since the day I met them always ready to help with any problems or requests often with an upbeat attitude Not only do they look after their tenants but they strive to make the building even more secure and pleasant over time Above all they have treated me with utmost respect and professionalism throughout my stay This building is tremendously underrated its concrete construction makes it virtually silent at night and during my tenancy I never experienced any issues with bugs or pests The location is also very convenient To Bob Colleen thank you for giving me such an enjoyable living experience that made me feel like I was home every day more ... hide ...

I had to delete my review of the apartment complex or I would never have been able to rent out my place The experience here has been awful and its only getting worse No amount of money could make me stay here There have been more car breakins in the parking lot recently luckily I was out of town when it happened to the person next to me When Poulin came for an inspection they damaged my apartment by leaving fabric items on the heaters creating a huge fire hazard My buzzer was never set up either and the mold in my tub wasnt fixed as promised when I moved in either Even worse is all of the building problems power outages and water issues which led to showering at my friends house multiple times due to lack of notification if you don't use elevators Additionally plug ins wouldnt stay in place drawers were cheap and kept falling off track and a sliding door got jammed so badly that I needed help opening it To top it all off people are fighting in hallways and having their stuff stolen while moving in one man even creeped past my apartment while I was still there So trust me STAY AWAY more ... hide ...

I was forced to move out due to the rusty water that I had been dealing with for a month It not only cost me a lot of money but also time and energy Everyone around me was concerned about my wellbeing during the pandemic and this situation You cant imagine living without quality water Although the building manager attempted to fix it it seemed like she was just doing what she had to do as required by the property management company thus I couldnt place any trust in them or their efforts As an example of what they did one day they came by and switched out my faucets which obviously wasnt enough They made several attempts at resolving it but nothing changed during the full month of having rusty water I have videos and pictures verifying this The city workers were unable to help because they said that the management company was working on it disregarding how long this had been going on which frustrated me even more This is why I decided to move out it wasnt one of my most enjoyable experiences in life Some tenants may have different experiences due to cheap rent or good location but mine wasnt great unfortunately Even more disappointing is that they didnt compensate anything for items such as filters or water bottles I purchased for those weeks nor would they let me get out of my lease agreement To anyone reading this don't take chances From what I heard some people in my old building now use a filter as a necessity more ... hide ...
