Expensive rent, smoking-friendly atmosphere (most people smoke on balconies), more costly laundry services than other rental properties in the area, and poor management when it comes to addressing issues make this a less desirable place to live. Additionally, water is shut off for repairs once or twice each month.

I had to delete my review of the apartment complex, or I would never have been able to rent out my place. The experience here has been awful, and it's only getting worse. No amount of money could make me stay here. There have been more car break-ins in the parking lot recently; luckily, I was out of town when it happened to the person next to me. When Poulin came for an inspection they damaged my apartment by leaving fabric items on the heaters, creating a huge fire hazard. My buzzer was never set up either and the mold in my tub wasn't fixed as promised when I moved in either! Even worse is all of the building problems - power outages and water issues - which led to showering at my friend's house multiple times due to lack of notification (if you don't use elevators). Additionally, plug ins wouldn't stay in place, drawers were cheap and kept falling off track and a sliding door got jammed so badly that I needed help opening it! To top it all off, people are fighting in hallways and having their stuff stolen while moving in - one man even creeped past my apartment while I was still there!!! So trust me: STAY AWAY!!
