We have been tenants of Aurora Heights for over three years since they first welcomed us. They are very accommodating and supportive of our needs. Whenever we require assistance, they do their best to help us, even if it isn't immediately available- they communicate why and when it will be resolved. During this difficult pandemic period, Broadstreet's management has been understanding and considerate of our circumstances. Special recognition must go to Mr Erwin A., who has provided invaluable support since the day we arrived in 2018! After a few months ago he was appointed as manager at the Aurora Heights site, we were delighted that he was there! He is an incredibly thorough, effective manager who demonstrates excellent communication skills and delivers great customer service to tenants. Thanks also to all other staff at Aurora Heights for keeping everything running smoothly - particularly Diana the area manager. To ensure safety regulations are met, each unit is regularly inspected by Aurora Heights personnel; notifications regarding changes or updates are emailed out or posted on signs around the building. The maintenance staff is terrific, however upper management has resorted to lying instead of aiding tenants. The buildings are nice, but I'm not sure if I want to extend my lease. When I moved in on July 30th and began charging my electric vehicle in the parking lot outlets, it did so without any issues throughout the summer and winter seasons. Early April, these outlets were shut off with no prior warning; I spoke with the building manager about this situation, offering to pay for the electricity used as a result of me charging. Moreover, using an existing automated pet fee could have covered my power usage (as I do not own any pets). Despite explaining this logic and attempting to avoid conflict by suggesting that they had confused this building with another one having "cycling feature", there was still no response from upper management after a month passed. Consequently, I am no longer content here; moreover, my neighbor's dog barks all day long but due to feeling sorry for it rather than being angry at it - if I could - would go over and pet it because he just wants attention!

We've been living here since the buildings were constructed and it's the best place we've stayed in. We'd like to recognize Rental Manager Erwin and Groundskeeper Ray for their dedicated customer support. They manage daily activities of all three buildings with great care, beyond expectations. Garbage disposal is regular, building upkeep is frequent, snow removal is quick, and suite inspections are thorough yet minimal. The service professionals that came to fix AC/furnace were swift and eager to get things sorted out; they took our worries seriously and handled them professionally. Our previous residences had a lot of issues but staff at Aurora Heights have managed day-to-day problems adeptly; this feat is even more impressive considering the number of people living here! Our neighbors are diverse, yet despite this we have enjoyed getting to know both long time residents as well as newcomers - staying so peaceful despite such variety speaks volumes about those who inhabit these buildings! Broadstreet - if you're listening - please keep Erwin & Ray at Aurora Heights as they have made our stay here really enjoyable especially during this pandemic period.
