My gratitude goes out to Bob and Colleen at Dakota Tower - I was a tenant of theirs for two and a half years in a one bedroom suite. They have been exemplary landlords since the day I met them; always ready to help with any problems or requests, often with an upbeat attitude. Not only do they look after their tenants but they strive to make the building even more secure and pleasant over time. Above all, they have treated me with utmost respect and professionalism throughout my stay. This building is tremendously underrated; its concrete construction makes it virtually silent at night, and during my tenancy I never experienced any issues with bugs or pests. The location is also very convenient! To Bob & Colleen: thank you for giving me such an enjoyable living experience that made me feel like I was home every day!

My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment here for nearly two years, and our experience was great. Its location is ideal – close to St Vital Park and the shopping mall – and it has plenty of space as well as an attractive appearance. Colleen and Bob, the resident managers, are superb; they are very accommodating, friendly people who quickly solve any issues that arise with your suite. The quality of an apartment rental can be judged by how it is managed and maintained; based on our experience here we give Dakota Towers five stars. If you're looking for a place to rent in St Vital, this is definitely worth considering.
