My husband and I co-signed a lease for my little sister at Skyline Living property, but they turned out to be a fraudulent company. When she moved out in April of 2020, they started trying to charge us for many things. We took pictures and videos of the apartment. In November 2021, they sent us an email saying we owed them $2078.66 for cleaning the apartment and when I called them to discuss it, the lady at extension 194 was very rude and disrespectful; even threatening our credit scores! We reported them to BBB as well as all news media outlets. Later on June 20th 2022, we received $2093 sent to my husband's credit bureau from Skyline Management Inc., but our lawyers are still looking for contact information on this company.

We stayed at the apartments for three years; from the outside they looked nice, but it was hard to ignore how thin the walls were. In our unit, we had a persistent smell that we assumed came from a sewage backup. Customer service could be great or awful depending on who you spoke with. To make matters worse, we were three days late to give our notice and the managers made us pay for an extra month. On moving day, we cleaned and presented our apartment as if it were new – however they tried to charge us more money due to some oil build-up in the oven until we pointed out that it was already there when we moved in. There seemed to be no room for compassion or understanding; if you weren't careful with your paperwork there would be no end of frustration! Despite this, it served its purpose and was conveniently located near many trails, shops and amenities. Additionally, cleanliness was excellent - best of luck!
