The Golden Arms Apartments is a great option for those who are looking for an affordable and comfortable living situation. My time spent there has been incredibly gratifying, thanks in no small part to Maria, the Property Manager. She has an impressive work ethic and provides top-notch customer service. The building is always kept well-maintained, which I appreciate given the rent I pay. On top of that utilities are included in the rent as well! Furthermore, my unit also offers a stunning view of the roadside that we love taking advantage of during summertime. Throughout every step of my application process and beyond, Maria has continually shown patience, empathy and remarkable customer service abilities. I was forced to move out due to the rusty water that I had been dealing with for a month. It not only cost me a lot of money, but also time and energy. Everyone around me was concerned about my wellbeing during the pandemic and this situation. You can't imagine living without quality water... Although the building manager attempted to fix it, it seemed like she was just doing what she had to do as required by the property management company; thus, I couldn't place any trust in them or their efforts. As an example of what they did, one day they came by and switched out my faucets - which obviously wasn't enough. They made several attempts at resolving it but nothing changed during the full month of having rusty water (I have videos and pictures verifying this). The city workers were unable to help because they said that the management company was working on it - disregarding how long this had been going on which frustrated me even more. This is why I decided to move out; it wasn't one of my most enjoyable experiences in life... Some tenants may have different experiences due to cheap rent or good location but mine wasn't great unfortunately.
