I had to delete my review of the apartment complex or I would never have been able to rent out my place The experience here has been awful and its only getting worse No amount of money could make me stay here There have been more car breakins in the parking lot recently luckily I was out of town when it happened to the person next to me When Poulin came for an inspection they damaged my apartment by leaving fabric items on the heaters creating a huge fire hazard My buzzer was never set up either and the mold in my tub wasnt fixed as promised when I moved in either Even worse is all of the building problems power outages and water issues which led to showering at my friends house multiple times due to lack of notification if you don't use elevators Additionally plug ins wouldnt stay in place drawers were cheap and kept falling off track and a sliding door got jammed so badly that I needed help opening it To top it all off people are fighting in hallways and having their stuff stolen while moving in one man even creeped past my apartment while I was still there So trust me STAY AWAY more ... hide ...

I have come to the conclusion that if I could rate Les Btiments Roussins any lower than 0 stars it would be 2 stars After an 8month experience with them I can confidently say that their customer service is subpar they only seem to care about signing a lease and collecting money After arriving at our accommodation after 6h30 of air travel and 2h30 of car we were met with an abject state far from what was originally sold to us We spent one of the most atrocious nights under 31 degrees without air conditioning since they hadnt provided us with the remote control Additionally after multiple service calls requesting repairs and replacements went unresolved for months we had to resort to interviewing Mrs Thibeault pseudodirector of the Lagarde complex who promised us compensation however this was not provided as they sent in their own maintenance staff as experts Furthermore despite daily ventilation and use of humidity regulator there were still flagrant moisture issues as well as poor thermal and sound insulation mold around windows When trying again to meet with Mrs Thibeault she replied insolently before fleeing the scene making it clear she didnt have time for us or care about our situation Finally when we had a telephone meeting with Madame Michele Roussin founders descendant she showed no consideration or knowledge regarding her file or agreements made by housing authority in terms of breaking leaseconfirming only one thing profit more ... hide ...

I had moved into the Vibe in search of a peaceful environment But I was oblivious to the fact that I would be disturbed every morning either by work or by my upstairs neighbor The workers who sometimes start at an hour before the citys regulation and finish after it add to my woes as I can even hear their conversations through my bathrooms air vent Despite this Logiscos customer service and building management deserve three stars for their services staff are courteous and services are fast and efficient The building is wellmaintained with clean elevators hallways and stairs even during winter If youre looking for a place where you can telecommute or work at night or if tranquility is something that you value avoid the Vibe otherwise your stay wont be pleasant However if noises don't bother you then the Vibe could be right up your alley Had it not been for constant noise disturbance living here would have been perfect Wishing everyone a happy New Year 2022 more ... hide ...

When I came to view the apartment they told me one price but then called back two days later to say it was much higher which was dishonest On the day I moved in there were cockroaches everywhere my apartment and hallway I called management multiple times but nothing changed We have a suspicious neighbor who has different men coming to their apartment daily even on weekends that look completely different They stay for a few minutes then leave when I approach them they act like theyre going into another apartment until I enter mine One time this person opened my door Feeling unsafe unfortunately I signed a 1 year lease already The old management reported them and so will I too These neighbors also leave huge garbage bags in front of the elevator doors expecting someone to take it down which attracts more roaches plus walls are cracked and paint is bubbling everywhere The balcony is falling apart with patches of cement fixing it up recently the building was bought by another company doing noisy renovations without any notice you can hear the noise throughout he building Do not sign any lease here more ... hide ...

I strongly advise you not to move here This place may be inexpensive but it is very poor quality It is unclean and poorly maintained The building doesnt have enough power to keep appliances such as TVs and air conditioners running they frequently shut off Plus there are a TON of cockroaches everywhere We called the office four times to get them sprayed but they only took care of our apartmentnot the entire building so the roaches kept coming back Mice were scurrying around my apartment too I even found one in there The hot water doesnt work half of the time and the AC isn't suitable for summer either And don't even get me started on all the roaches in the washing machines Please if possible avoid this place completely its not worth it unless youre desperate Your experience will be very unpleasant and youll regret moving here UPDATE The lack of electricity has damaged my computer beyond repair yet they wont take responsibility for that either I still urge you strongly not to move here as this landlord is an utter moron with no brains whatsoever more ... hide ...

RATS are all over this building I have noticed them in the main halls laundry room and my unit which I luckily will be vacating at the end of this month The sound of their scurrying is quite loud at night making it difficult to get a good amount of sleep Besides these rodents there is a terrible management team that is both fake and greedy Kurt and Joanne the resident managers will act friendly until you sign your lease after that do not expect any help if something goes wrong in your unit For instance I asked for a peephole to be installed on my door due to safety concerns as a single female but nothing was done even after multiple requests Furthermore if you are part of an ethnic minority group here then expect to be treated differently coming from personal experience as well as other inhabitants who have left Harbour Ridge Rodent Lodging due to their mistreatment It isn't completely bad here though the location is great and most tenants are young adults but with loud parties every week plus construction noise during work days it can become exhausting especially with an unpredictable work schedule like mine All things considered this place isn't worth its cost when compared to other buildings managed by better people avoid realstar managed buildings altogether more ... hide ...
