I have come to the conclusion that if I could rate Les B¢timents Roussins any lower than 0 stars, it would be -2 stars. After an 8-month experience with them, I can confidently say that their customer service is subpar; they only seem to care about signing a lease and collecting money. After arriving at our accommodation after 6h30 of air travel and 2h30 of car, we were met with an abject state far from what was originally sold to us. We spent one of the most atrocious nights under 31 degrees without air conditioning since they hadn't provided us with the remote control. Additionally, after multiple service calls requesting repairs and replacements went unresolved for months, we had to resort to interviewing Mrs Thibeault (pseudo-director of the Lagarde complex) who promised us compensation; however this was not provided as they sent in their own maintenance staff as experts! Furthermore, despite daily ventilation and use of humidity regulator there were still flagrant moisture issues as well as poor thermal and sound insulation (mold around windows). When trying again to meet with Mrs Thibeault she replied insolently before fleeing the scene; making it clear she didn't have time for us or care about our situation.
