I had moved into the Vibe in search of a peaceful environment. But I was oblivious to the fact that I would be disturbed every morning either by work or by my upstairs neighbor. The workers, who sometimes start at an hour before the city's regulation and finish after it, add to my woes as I can even hear their conversations through my bathroom's air vent. Despite this, Logisco's customer service and building management deserve three stars for their services - staff are courteous and services are fast and efficient. The building is well-maintained with clean elevators, hallways and stairs (even during winter). If you're looking for a place where you can telecommute or work at night, or if tranquility is something that you value - avoid the Vibe; otherwise your stay won't be pleasant. However if noises don't bother you then the Vibe could be right up your alley! Had it not been for constant noise disturbance living here would have been perfect. The offer looks promising on paper with average prices and photos of the apartments in good condition and wellequipped However in reality these residences are much more expensive compared to the neighboring ones their apartments are completely empty of even basic equipment like mops hangers lamps and curtains The furniture is also lowquality uncomfortable chairs damaged cupboards tables and an incredibly uncomfortable bed with too small damaged sheets Additionally there is no sound or thermal insulation every noise from outside or within the residence can be heard clearly inside To make matters worse there are humidity issues nonfunctional air circulation equipment daily invasions of ants by the walls and silver bugs We all unanimously recommend other residences over this one for its lack of quality despite promising appearances on paper more ... hide ...
