I had moved into the Vibe in search of a peaceful environment. But I was oblivious to the fact that I would be disturbed every morning either by work or by my upstairs neighbor. The workers, who sometimes start at an hour before the city's regulation and finish after it, add to my woes as I can even hear their conversations through my bathroom's air vent. Despite this, Logisco's customer service and building management deserve three stars for their services - staff are courteous and services are fast and efficient. The building is well-maintained with clean elevators, hallways and stairs (even during winter). If you're looking for a place where you can telecommute or work at night, or if tranquility is something that you value - avoid the Vibe; otherwise your stay won't be pleasant. However if noises don't bother you then the Vibe could be right up your alley! Had it not been for constant noise disturbance living here would have been perfect.
