RATS are all over this building; I have noticed them in the main halls, laundry room, and my unit which I luckily will be vacating at the end of this month. The sound of their scurrying is quite loud at night, making it difficult to get a good amount of sleep! Besides these rodents, there is a terrible management team that is both fake and greedy. Kurt and Joanne (the resident managers) will act friendly until you sign your lease; after that, do not expect any help if something goes wrong in your unit. For instance, I asked for a peephole to be installed on my door due to safety concerns as a single female but nothing was done even after multiple requests.
Furthermore, if you are part of an ethnic minority group here then expect to be treated differently; coming from personal experience as well as other inhabitants who have left Harbour Ridge: Rodent Lodging due to their mistreatment. It isn't completely bad here though; the location is great and most tenants are young adults but with loud parties every week plus construction noise during work days it can become exhausting especially with an unpredictable work schedule like mine. All things considered this place isn't worth its cost when compared to other buildings managed byRATS are all over this building; I have noticed them in the main halls, laundry room, and my unit which I luckily will be vacating at the end of this month.
