Woodgate Townhomes offers duplex-style homes on East Wood Street. Its three-bedroom plans have two and a half bathrooms with 1,500 or 1,700 square feet; the four-bedroom plan provides 1,800 square feet and two and a half bathrooms. Open living areas feature quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, wood plank flooring, walk-in closets and in-home laundry.

Selected homes have private garages. The grounds provide outdoor barbecue areas, and residents have access to online payment services and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Pets are welcomed under the community’s approval process, with separate deposits and monthly pet rent.
