Mission Rock Residential manages the community and provides online rent payments and a maintenance-request portal. Households qualify under the applicable income tier, with separate pet deposits, fees and monthly pet rent for approved cats or dogs.

Move-in satisfaction policy: Notify management of dissatisfaction within 30 days of moving in. Management offers accommodations to improve satisfaction and may release the resident from the lease in some cases.

The applicable home’s income tier determines which ceiling applies.
Renter’s insurance: Maintain $100,000 liability protection throughout residency and provide proof before the lease starts. Without proof, the resident is enrolled in the management master policy.
