Single-occupancy affordable housing with a veteran preference and included utilities.

Victory Place is a single-occupancy affordable housing campus on East Jones Avenue. Each residence is leased to one adult, with studios and one-bedroom apartments offered across the campus. The published layouts range from approximately 400 to 692 square feet. Community Bridges provides peer-navigation resources for residents, while Axiom Care operates a separate Veterans Center on the campus.
