View 32 offers the Echo studio and six one- and two-bedroom layouts named for Arizona hiking destinations. Sizes range from 530 square feet to 1,119 square feet; the Reavis one-bedroom varies from 742 to 781 square feet. Homes have an in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, heating and air conditioning, and hardwood flooring. Selected apartments add a balcony or patio, breakfast bar, outdoor storage, or courtyard and pool views.

Elevators and controlled entry serve the community. Its two-story fitness center has free weights and cardio machines, while the pool, spa, sundeck, clubhouse billiards and TV lounge provide shared recreation spaces. Refrigerated package lockers complement regular parcel lockers. Covered parking, a bark park and a pet washing station are available.

Every applicant age 18 or older completes an application and pays $60. Security deposits start at $400 and depend on apartment size and screening. The pet policy permits two pets under 85 pounds, with a restricted-breed list and $30 monthly rent per pet.
