Sonoran Flats has North and South sections with a broad range of apartment sizes. The South section includes a compact studio of approximately 292 square feet. One-bedroom homes measure about 720 square feet; two-bedroom plans offer 840 square feet with one bathroom or 1,006 with two. Three-bedroom choices expand to 1,192 or 1,444 square feet. North and South layouts are kept separate in the floor-plan list.

Four pools, a fitness center, playgrounds, a clubhouse and a bark park provide shared recreation spaces. Apartments have in-home laundry, central air conditioning, storage and a balcony or patio. Renovated homes feature quartz counters, Italian cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, built-in microwaves and wood-plank flooring. Application & insurance.

Applications: Each adult age 18 or older must apply separately; legally emancipated minors need written proof of emancipation.
