The grounds include a pool and spa, gas barbecue grill, and dog park. Covered parking and night patrol are offered, and on-site maintenance handles emergencies around the clock. The pet policy allows two pets weighing up to 30 pounds each, with rent, a refundable deposit, and a nonrefundable fee charged per pet.
